We ship worldwide and offer free shipping for orders over 100$

 

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipped within 3-5  business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

We are not responsible for lost mail, or any other problems via courier not faulted by Delilah Rose, if your tracking number marks delivered, we are not responsible, please contact the courier. You can track your package via Canada Post with the tracking number sent by e-mail.

Choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process

return & exchange policy

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items

We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit *IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE*

Please contact shop@drose.ca about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE.  Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to.

The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honour any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned: unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused with tags attached 

  • No visible make-up or deodorant

       Items excluded from being returned: Free gifts or promotional items, items marked final sale, tops & bodysuits, swimwear, worn items.
